This weekend we're going camping!!! Well cabin-ing. But
before we leave we have a few thing we have to wrap up in the office.
Rebecca is leading her Spokane produce meeting so
preparation began first thing Monday morning.
The meeting was fantastic and the deal with Spokane Produce
to provide processed vegetables across the MSU campus has been finalized.
On Thursday were going to another meeting about the new
dining hall they are designing, and this time we get to see some actual
renderings of possible design concepts.
Camping was a great time, we got to prepare breakfast for
everyone, went on hikes, and Kyle jumped off a bridge, and survived. Everyone
from the office went, as well as Paul’s family, which was great way to bring
everyone together around a campfire.
Jeri might have gotten a finger in the way here haha
Next week it is back to the office so we can prepare for the FSA meeting coming up!
