Week 5 Montana State University

We have been in mourning and wearing black because of the losses our team, the Golden State Warriors, have suffered.  This prevents us from taking a decent selfie.

Hannon Dining Hall

We continued our tour of food service facilities on campus, and finally made it to Hannon Dining Hall.  Word on the street is that Hannon is a beloved dining hall on campus.  It may be ancient, but it has charm.  I am the newest member of its fan club.

A lot of the equipment in Hannon is the original equipment from when the dining hall was built in 1954. That's pretty impressive.  A manager can only hope to have equipment with that kind of longevity.

Team Building on the Gear Belly

Exploring Bozeman

Delicious Tiny Cupcakes

Smash Burgers

Chef Martin cooked some of the smash burger samples we received.  After cooking them and trying them, we decided we need a smaller size ball from the processor.  Smash burgers is one of Kyle's projects, so he was in charge of getting those changes made.

This Week's Lesson from Paul:  If you would like to have one hundred heart attacks a day, set notifications on your phone, which then can surprise you as they go off unexpectedly throughout the day.   This will bring a lot of amusement to those around you.
